The Marriage of Aisha And the prophet Mohammad(SAWS)

The Issue of the prophet's marriage to Aisha Has caused many debates and discussions especially in this Millennium, where it seems to be more of a concern to Christian Missionaries in order to tarnish the reputation of our dear prophet than it was ever in history. They often accuse the Prophet (PBUH) of rape, child molestation, and many more horrendous things under the sun. 9 out of 10 of them never substantiate any of their claims of Rape or child molestation with any proof or they post half hadiths but none of the authentic hadith which I will be posting below shortly mention anything about rape and molestation. It is just the dirty minds of the  Christian missionaries that take perfectly consensual marriage and claim it was rape, molestation and the prophet just had sexual relations with her. Blatantly rude and pomp and arrogant on the side of the Christian missionaries. bear one thing in mind, we are not ashamed of our history, neither do we need to be ashamed or hide anything. Christians who raise these issues should be the ones ashamed of, first their lack of understanding of the issue, their ignorance, and their arrogance in the way they make false claims and accusations over an issue they have no understanding about. I hope that is clear

There are many factors we need to look into when approaching this subject, the tactics of the Christian missionaries, if was taken to court would be thrown back in their faces and they could get jailed for lying, in this Millennium. Yet they take an event that happened 1400 years and want to apply it to the 21st century. let us now see the Hadiths and analyse them in the ext of the period, region where it happened, and the consequences surrounding the event 

This will be a long Post which may be subdivided in a few parts,  not as the Christian Missionaries make-believe with no evidence, the become Judge, Jury and executioner: 

Let the case for Mohammad Ibn Abdullah Prophet of Islam VS Bad Christian Missionaries begin.

First of all, we need to understand whether Aisha was 9 or as many other scholars have proven she could have been 14, 15, 17, or 19 it does not make a difference as you will see as we go along.

 Consideration of the standards put forward by the Christian missionaries to try the prophet (saws)

As I mentioned above Missionaries have become judge jury and executioner when it comes to Islam, nothing goes, all evidence tossed aside they throw everything under the bus. As if the Muslim has to shut up and just agree to be bullied by the Christian who he has no standard to try Mohammad with. But because they like to bully Muslims and lie the Muslim has to shut up and accept it. 

There is nothing in the bible that actually point to an age of consent for marriage, so what do the Christian missionaries use? if your own book has no law or no standard so where do we go to get the age of a minor girl if it is not in the Jewish oral law. That is the nearest we can find closest to Christianity, besides they have nothing and they reject everything else. So how can they be Judge, Jury, and executioner when they have not standard or law and what has to be used is the law that they don't go by. The old testament in Ezekiel 16:7 says "I made you grow like a plant of the field. You grew and developed and entered puberty. Your breasts had formed and your hair had grown, yet you were stark naked.

Although no age is mentioned but it says that when hairs have grown and Breasts are formed but explicitly it does not say, it does not mention an age for the judge, jury, and executioner to give their verdict on Mohammad and Aisha. This is as far as the bible goes, the Talmud ( that the Christians hate ) takes it a notch further in Ketubot 39a it gives an age "And the baraita further states: What is a minor girl? A minor girl is a girl from eleven years and one day old until twelve years and one day old. If she was less than that age or more than that age, she proceeds and engages in relations in her usual manner; this is the statement of Rabbi Meir. And the Rabbis say: Both this woman and that woman, i.e., in the cases of all these women, she proceeds and engages in relations in her usual manner, and from Heaven they will have mercy and prevent any mishap, due to the fact that it is stated: “The Lord preserves the simple” (Psalms 116:6). Apparently, a minor is unable to conceive.

So we see that a minor girl from Judea is 11 years and 1 day and as it clearly says it  If she was less than that age meaning that she could be 10, 9 or 8 even. Judge Jury and executioners have shot themselves in the foot now, haven't they. it gets more interesting in Even Ha'ezer (lit. “The Stone of Help” or “The Rock of the Helpmate”^[1]) is a section of Rabbi Jacob ben Asher's compilation of halakha (Jewish law), Arba'ah Turim. This section treats aspects of Jewish law related to marriage, divorce, and sexual conduct.^[2] Later, Rabbi Yosef Karo modeled the framework of his own compilation of practical Jewish law, the Shulchan Aruch, after the Arba'ah Turim.^[3] Many later commentators used this framework as well. Thus, "Even Ha'ezer" in common usage may refer to an area of halakha non-specific to Rabbi Jacob ben Asher's compilation. (This is like a book of Marriage, divorce, sexual conduct the Judge jury and executioner Christian missionary does not have, they don't have laws, although they come to condemn Mohammad and Aisha) on page 20 of the "Shulchan Arukh Even Ha'ezer it says :

An adult woman who had relations with a minor male under the age of 9 years, is not liable for death at his hand (Tur). It appears to me that she is similarly not forbidden to her husband. And therefore the Rabbi, author of the Turim code wrote many laws defining when people are liable for death or not.  The modern day repercussions of these laws (when we no longer administer capital punishment) is that they define which relations cause a woman to become forbidden to her husband, and see further. A female less than 3 years old, her intercourse is not considered as intercourse, and her virginity returns (Hagahot Yevamot).  Even if the years were intercalated (e.g she had intercourse at 37 months old in a leap year) her virginity returns (words of the Rav, based on Yerushalmi Ketuboth chapter 1). So clearly sex with a 9-year-old boy with a woman was normal.

In Arab land in the deserts, a girl could mature earlier than  11 and 1 day  she says herself in a hadith in Tirmidhi that Aa’ishah said: When a girl reaches the age of nine years, she is a woman Sunan at-Tirmidhi (2/409) so if she said it from the horse's mouth that a girl reaches puberty at 9 so you judge jury and executioner you have shot yourselves in the foot. because she would have known better than you if she was mature or not by that age.

At what age was Mary mother of Jesus when she married Joseph

Christianity itself does not have an answer for this although they are judge Jury and Executioner when it comes to Aisha And the prophet Mohammad (saws) but Christianity itself with its limited knowledge and its limited sources it derives from Does not have an answer to this. Although every source is rejected, Everyone is a liar, but they don't even have an age that they can agree on that mary god married to Joseph. the only source that is available apart from the source above the Talmud is the catholic encyclopedia who according to Christians are not Christian so their sources are not accepted. Judge Jury and executioner but have to borrow sources from those who you claim are liars and you don't trust. Before they claimed she was 12 but it seemed they have corrected it to 14 now so even they too lie."  

It will not be without interest to recall here, unreliable though they are, the lengthy stories concerning St. Joseph's marriage contained in the apocryphal writings. When forty years of age, Joseph married a woman called Melcha or Escha by some, Salome by others; they lived forty-nine years together and had six children, two daughters and four sons, the youngest of whom was James (the Less, "the Lord's brother"). A year after his wife's death, as the priests announced through Judea that they wished to find in the tribe of Juda a respectable man to espouse Mary, then twelve to fourteen years of age. Joseph, who was at the time ninety years old, went up to Jerusalem among the candidates;

So in canonical writings, there is no reference to mary 12 marrying Joseph at 90 because as they claim it is an embarrassment for  Muslims. it would have been a bigger embarrassment for them 12 and 90. So they don't believe in Apocrypha and neither do they accept Catholic sources, But hey will be judge, jury, and executioner for Aisha, When you have nothing then you should not point fingers at anyone, 4 fingers point back because if we use the Jewish Talmud above Mary could fall in the same age group as Aisha was in because as Aisha said a girl become mature at 9. So we now have mary who was anywhere from 9-11 and 1 day who was married to Joseph who was 90, not according to Muslim sources but sources that Christians have no alternative but to accept since they reject everything else. Beggars can't be choosers they say.

Consideration of region, time, and culture.

As we see the Talmudic references, region and culture is a very important consideration. Mary mother of Jesus, a Jewess of the cannot be categorized the same as an American or British girl, living in the 21st century, and neither can Aisha. laws that apply to us now cannot be applied to them and I suppose the Christian missionaries have to take that into consideration. So to apply the norms of today on 15th-century Arabia in the desert or 1st century Judaea is very unfair and unjust, but that is the last thing the lying deceiving Christian missionary cares about, he is out to disprove Islam. like the guy told me after I reminded him of mary that he does not care about mary the mother of his god, he was out to get Mohammad and that is all he cared about. Even if mary was the same age and Joseph was twice the age of Mohammad, he did not care.   Aisha according to authentic hadith was already betrothed to someone else at the age of 6 when the proposal from the prophet came and the one who made the proposal knew the laws and cultures it was not like the prophet went there and was the one who insisted, a lady who was a friend suggest her. If there was any problem with Mohammad  (PBUH)  marrying Aisha his worst enemies Abu jahal , Abu Sufyan, and others would have taken care of that longtime back.  They were looking for anything to take down Islam from the time it was shown to them so ignoramus Christian missionaries would not have to take the trouble in the 21st to come out with that. If it was taboo there in the deserts of Arabia in the 15th century they would have made sure  Islam was eradicated because of that, But as it was proven it was not a problem for Mary in Judaea nor was it taboo in the 15th-century deserts of Arabia. I don't see how it should be a problem today.  The problem is that the norms of today have changed, what was taboo before has come the norm and what was the norm has become taboo.  At Abraham, Moses, and Jesus' time and in the time of Prophet Mohammad Homosexuality was an abomination, God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah for that but today they are forcing LGBT down people's throats to make it the norm. I don't see Christians missionaries rising up against that which is condemned in their own bible, as a matter of fact, they are happy to accept gay marriages in their churches. 

But the marriage of Aisha and the prophet (PBUH) haunts them day and night that is all you see them posting on FB all the time. It is even proven in hadith that Gabriel showed the prophet Saws his future wife meaning Allah sanctioned the marriage : 

Aisha reported: Gabriel came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, with her image on a green, silken cloth and he said, “Verily, this is your wife in this world and in the Hereafter.”

So ignoramus Christian who has nothing but conjecture stop your arrogance and lies about our prophet and his marriage to Aisha when you cannot prove what age mary was when she was married to joseph

Consideration of date of birth 1400 years ago( as some scholars have raised)

My grandmother Born in last century in the 1900s was not sure when she was born exactly. People of the past never Kept proper records of when they were born because they either did not have a calendar like we have today, we keep up with dates, for work, school, payday, college, time is of the essence for us. For them, I am talking about my grandmother's time. It never really was a problem. I know many people in Africa who had their birthdays forged to allow them to enter university, or to travel abroad to earn a living. So as we can see birth dates as such were not really recorded or accurate. So how can anyone make a case against Aisha if they did not know her exact date of birth. People of the past knew they were born on the year this or that event happened. because they never had a calendar to actually confirm it was such and such date. so those who raise a case against Aisha and the prophet PBUH have failed the first hurdle and to be honest, any of them are actually from Africa and know the situation I am talking about but because it is Mohammad and they are very dishonest they play as if they don't know. I had someone after he was owned and told him the truth and proved to him that mary could have been the same age as Aisha if we go according to his standards he answered I don't care about Mary ( his god's mother he does not care about ) but he cared about Mohammad because he was my prophet. So it shows the intent of this attack on the prophet saws. 

Aisha herself would not have known what year exactly she was born in because she could not witness any event she was a baby so whatever happened she could not be in the position to certify when I was born it was the year that Such and such happened. People who were older than her can. According to Islamic scholars her elder sister Asmaa who was 10 years her senior mentioned that she was born at a certain time. 10 years old was old enough to know. In many cultures, a girl becomes mature and able to get married at 10 we will see that later. So if she was old enough to get married then she would be old enough to vouch about the age of her baby sister. So as we see Christians lying missionaries are failing the first hurdle. Asmaa however mentions the year she was born in and according to she was older than 9, that is another issue another blog post. 

But as a lesson for the pomp Christian missionaries who think they know everything, first stop trying to play Judge, jury, and executioner. you have nothing, no laws no traditions to base your  Judgements on as we see you are having to borrow laws and tradition and stop reject everything put in front of you because what you are doing is ending having to borrow from the same laws and traditions you rejected and don't believe in. Stop being pomp and arrogant. you have nothing. Beggars cannot be choosers and most of all cannot be judge jury and executioners.
